Meet Cosmo, a remarkably intelligent and talkative African Grey parrot. It is about 7 years old and has {abeautiful plumage of ash. Coco loves to play with his human companions and likes learning new phrases. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Cosmo's current family is sadly unable to give her the attention she needs. She would flour
